  • To plan, notify and attend the regular annual meeting; to take minutes and keep a record; to enable attendance by videoconference.

  • To reclaim non-payments, arrears and returned invoices from defaulting landlords.

  • To maintain and update the database on an ongoing basis.
  • To follow up on compensation claims with insurance companies.
  • To include the community file in the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

  • To purchase goods and services following the resolutions passed by the community of homeowners without prejudice to the protection of their interests.

  • To provide a 24/7 telephone and emergency response service.

  • To create strategies to save expenses and make community resources more cost-effective
